出现频率非常高，有时候一天要出现10几次。
大部分过10几分钟就恢复正常，偶尔一直持续这样。

这个是 时间戳校对问题， 交易所服务器会 和 通信的 服务器 进行时间戳校对。 您的托管者所在的服务器上的时间设置 需要 和标准时间 校对下。
这个报错的意思就是说时间戳 超出 校对范围。
