我的朋友圈子里面基本都是985工科硕士和博士毕业的，都有基本的编程基础，只可惜所从事的工作可金融和交易相去甚远。若我们想把量化策略和交易作为第二职业，大概需要多久能上手？ 有没有可以推荐的书籍和课程？
