选择OKCOIN回测过程中（1分钟模拟ticker）
发现从2018-08-23 06:25:58到2018-08-23 06:27:58拿到的ticker买一卖一都是一样的：
{'Sell': 264.1, 'Volume': 0.0, 'Buy': 264.08, 'Last': 264.09, 'High': 264.1, 'Time': 1534976878000L, 'Low': 264.08}
唯一的区别就是Time不一样，这个是正常的吗？是说这两分钟实盘都没有交易？
