FileStat object structure:

    mode: number,   // File mode (the low 9 bits are the permission bits; 420 for a regular 0644 file)
    mtime: number,  // Modification time, millisecond timestamp
    atime: number,  // Millisecond timestamp, currently the same as mtime
    ctime: number   // Millisecond timestamp, currently the same as mtime
}

This object is returned by the os.stat() function.
