Ping api.huobi.pro a été très rapide, avec un délai de 2 ms
Mais le robot continue à envoyer des messages d'erreur 403 au démarrage.
Le même robot qui a remplacé Ali Cloud à Hong Kong fonctionne normalement
Pourquoi est-ce le cas ?
