火币这个 是报错 超时， 可能是 访问火币接口 访问不通， 需要用 其他地区服务器 ，比如 香港阿里云。
BITMEX 的报错 应该是 您没有设置 合约 ， 因为 GetTicker 获取 行情的时候 需要先指定 要获取 什么合约的行情。
