对于 _C 函数 使用需要 注意， 一般用于 行情数据获取。
对于 GetOrder() 函数的调用 ， 可以根据其返回值 判断是否调用成功。使用 GetRawJSON 可以获取最近一次 REST 请求的 返回数据。
具体处理逻辑 要看策略设计。
