Chỉ có giao thức rest, được sử dụng để thiết lập thời gian vượt thời gian khi yêu cầu rest, chỉ có thể được thiết lập một lần.
Ví dụ: exchange.SetTimeout(3000), thiết lập đối tượng trao đổi exchange, gửi yêu cầu rest Bắt đầu đếm thời gian, vượt quá 3 giây, vượt thời gian trả về null 。

就是 设置 exchange.SetTimeout(3000) 后， 这个 exchange 对象 成员函数 被调用的时候 ， 发送 http 请求 ，响应超时 设置 为3秒， 超过 3秒 没有接收到 交易所服务器响应，就报错 超时。
