平台 okex 交易所的 ip 解析是否不对，今天下午瓶体的 bot开始出现 okex 的 api get 不到正确价量信息的情况

我测试了 有些IP 访问 OKEX 接口 都是访问不到的，测试华南 阿里云服务器 正常， 期货接口 币币都可以访问到 ticker 和depth 数据。
本地测试 就不行了，一直是 EOF ，或者超时。应该是 网络问题。
