作为一个毫无编程经验的小白目前有一个策略雏形
BIT-Z合约（挂单-0.03%）和MXC合约（挂单-0.05%）手续费薅羊毛策略
此策略要实现应该不是太难，主要是单边行情（火箭瀑布）容易出现问题，有趋势策略经验的可以考虑在趋势策略中加入。
