币安现货的实盘，试了一天，我就发现了两个bug
- exchange的IO不能获取行情数据，比如 exchange.IO('api', "GET', '/api/v3/exchangeInfo')报错
Futures_OP 4: 400: {"code":-1104,"msg":"Not all sent parameters were read; read '0' parameter(s) but was sent '2'."}
- exchange的buy函数，第二个参数明明是amount，实际却是购买币种的持有价值，害得我调了半天
