FMZ的文档上看raw参数支持的交易所里没有Deribit，不知道有没有其他办法，或者FMZ有计划加上对于Deribit 交易所Raw参数的支持。
主要的一个需求是Deribit的交易接口支持只挂单不吃单，手续费差的挺大的，研究了下通过FMZ只能通过raw参数传递，结果Deribit又不支持raw。
