这个异常好像是exchange.IO()返回的异常好像，但是这个异常好像是发明者返回的，没有错误码。
请问我该如何捕捉这个异常并进行容错呢？
这是我尝试的写法。
模板库里的代码是这样的
主要是我不知道这个time out是规范的异常还是怎么？能不能被正确的捕捉到，还是说这个是运行中直接Log的错误信息
或者说请问这个异常是IO返回的吗？
这个异常一两个月出现一次，我也不知道怎么复现。。
但是出现的时候很致命，我的逻辑会直接平仓，不管盈亏
