Ist es für den Spothandel notwendig, Sleep in die While-Schleife zu schreiben?

Ich benutze JavaScript, und in der Rückmeldungssysteme scheint es kein Problem zu sein, wenn ich Sleep nicht in "while" schreibe. Die API-Dokumentation sagt auch, dass man Sleep beim Rückmeldung schreiben kann. Ich möchte fragen, ob man Sleep auf der Festplatte schreiben muss.
