暂时 V3 的 API KEY 还没支持使用，不过，很快就这几天在测试。
GetAccount: Post https://www.okex.com/api/v1/future_userinfo_4fix.do: dial tcp 31.13.68.22:443: connectex: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
您这个报错应该是 您的网络问题，您用的哪里的服务器 ？
