索引为 records.length - 1 的值是这个RSI 指标线的最后一个值，这个最后一个值是根据 K线最后一柱数据实时变动的，这个周期收盘前一直在变，所以希望验证RSI的话，用倒数第二个索引即: records.length -2 这个是收盘后确定的数据计算出来的。
