거래소에서 공개된 API를 ccxt, 또는 requests 저장소로 전송하는 것은 항상 오류가 발생했습니다:
[WinError 10060] 접속자가 시간이 지나도 제대로 응답하지 않거나 접속하는 호스트가 응답하지 않아 접속 시도가 실패했다.
하지만 웹페이지의 URL은 정상적으로 열립니다.
