登录OKEX 的测试网站，申请测试API KEY ， 然后配置在FMZ ，添加交易所，如果是期货选择OKEX期货， 现货选择OKEX现货。
然后策略代码里面切换基地址，exchange.SetBase("https://testnet.okex.com")
测试一下，读取账户信息，如果可以读取到就OK了。
