Recebi uma mensagem de erro quando me conectei à API pública da exchange por meio da biblioteca ccxt ou da biblioteca requests.

O que acontece é que o banco de dados, através da biblioteca ccxt, ou biblioteca de solicitações, recebe o API público da exchange, o que sempre foi um erro:
[WinError 10060] A tentativa de conexão falhou porque a conexão não foi respondida corretamente por um tempo ou o host da conexão não respondeu.
Mas o endereço da página funciona normalmente.
