Ранее это был api.huobi.pro, теперь это api.huobipro.com
И тогда, кажется, не хватает многих оправданий, чтобы сообщить об ошибке: GetRecords: Get https://api.huobi.pro/market/history/kline?symbol=btcusdt&size=500&period=60min: dial tcp 69.171.225.13:443: getsockopt: connection refused
Пора бы уже переоценить.
