座标欧洲，没有VPN之类的顾虑，在BITMEX和BITSTAMP交易，现货期货都有。想试试进入程序量化操作这个区域。完全编程小白。
比如：买多买入价4000美元买入比特币杠杆3倍，侦测到价格上涨120元，或获利达到百分之6，程序自动卖出。
应该用哪种方式来实现？最快貌似是用可视化编程？
