这个报错来自OKX交易所，有2种情况：
1、配置了实盘的API KEY，但是切换到了模拟盘环境。
2、配置了模拟盘API KEY，但是没有切换到模拟盘环境。
切换模拟盘使用：exchange.IO("simulate", true) ，在API 文档最后有写。
