您下载的是 win 界面版 ，还是 win 命令行版， 另外 您的 win 系统是win10 还是 win7 , win10 有的系统设置的是 默认禁止所有 第三方程序运行，需要右键->属性->勾选掉 “锁定”， 才可以运行，另外命令行版的 要通过 "cmd" 命令打开 命令行终端，切换到 托管者程序所在目录，输入命令运行。 参看： https://www.fmz.com/bbs-topic/463
